BIO

Chris grew up in Kansas City, MO, where she attended the Kansas City Foursquare Church. She played piano at an early age and began playing guitar and writing songs at age 10. She eventually began playing bass, which she now plays in the praise and worship team at the DeKalb, Illinois Foursquare Church. She has written countless songs including two Christian musicals “This Risen Morn” and “Keys to the Kingdom”. She is currently writing a third musical, “Daniel the Dreamer”.   Chris was one of the young people to participate in the first Foursquare Missions Impact Teams in 1970 and attended one year at L.I.F.E. Bible College in Los Angeles in 1971.   She served in the United States Marine Corps from 1981-1984.   The testimony of her youth and young adult years is compelling.

Although music was her first love, she acquired a talent for video production and editing and attended Columbia College Chicago where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Television/Writing and Producing. While attending Columbia she was the executive producer for Frequency TV, a station owned and operated by Columbia College. She is currently an independent video producer with Falling Walls Productions, producing video and music. She has done extensive video work for the Illinois Foursquare Camps, the Indiana Foursquare Women's Retreats, the 2005 International Foursquare Konvention Kids in Chicago, Aunt Martha's Youth Services, On Ramp Youth Ministries and other miscellaneous projects.

Chris began collaborating musically with Kasey Campbell in 2000. In their quest to serve Jesus with the gifts He gave them, they formed Divine Invitation and began leading praise and worship and performing at Foursquare Youth events, On Ramp Youth Ministries and various Christian churches, coffee houses and clubs. In 2006 Chris became a solo artist while still collabotating with Kasey and other musicians.

She believes strongly in using the gifts the Lord has given her and encourages others to do the same. Her testimony is inspiring, as is her music.   She is a unique speaker, in that her work in music and video qualifies her to assist others in finding the abilities within themselves to accomplish their dreams while serving the Lord.

Chris and her husband Paul, and daughter Gella Rose, currently reside in Sycamore, Illinois, one hour west of Chicago.
